Baked Mackerel

Products:

  • mackerel - 1 pc .;
  • lemon - 1 pc .;
  • half carrots and onion turnips;
  • greens, salt - to taste.
Cooking:

  1. Mackerel clean, gut, rinse thoroughly. Salt, squeeze lemon juice into fish and leave to marinate.
  2. Cut onions and carrots, slightly let in a vegetable oil. Fumble mackerel.
  3. Wrap the fish in foil and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven (180 °). When it is ready - sprinkle your favorite herbs.
From the average fish you get 2 servings. Per 100 g accounts for 5 g of protein, 12 g of fat, 4.6 g of carbohydrates, 143 kcal.
